Last updated [DATE]

Timmly is a daily planner for your routines and tasks. This policy explains what Timmly collects, why, and the choices you have. We’ve kept it short and plain.

The short version

  • We only collect what Timmly needs to work: your sign-in details, what you add to Timmly, and crash reports.
  • No ads, no tracking, and we never sell your data.
  • Your data is stored with Google Firebase, so it syncs to every phone you sign in to.
  • You can delete your account and everything in it from Settings, at any time.

What we collect

Timmly collects four kinds of information, and only to make the app work.

Your account

When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, your email address and an account ID. If you choose Hide My Email with Apple, we get a private relay address instead of your real one.

What you add to Timmly

Your routines and tasks, with their times, repeat days, reminders and alarms; the days you tick off, skip or take as rest days; and your settings, such as when your day starts.

Crash reports

If Timmly crashes, it sends a report with technical details, such as your phone model, its software version and what the app was doing. Crash reports aren’t linked to your account.

Your subscription

Whether your free week or plan is active, so Timmly knows what to unlock. The App Store or Google Play takes the payment, and we never see your card details.

We don’t collect your location, contacts, photos or health data, and there are no advertising or analytics tools in Timmly.

How we use it

  • To run Timmly: lay out your day, send your reminders, ring your alarms, keep your streaks and Insights, and sync your phones.
  • To find and fix bugs, using crash reports.
  • To check your free week or subscription.
  • To reply when you write to us.

We don’t use your information for advertising, and we don’t build a profile of you.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We share it only with the services that run Timmly for us:

  • Google Firebase stores your account and what you add (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore), and collects crash reports (Crashlytics). Google processes this data for us, on servers that may be outside your country.
  • RevenueCat checks your purchases with the App Store or Google Play and keeps track of your subscription. It gets your account ID and your purchases, not your name or email.
  • Apple and Google handle sign-in, and payments through the App Store and Google Play, under their own privacy policies.

We only share anything else if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and everything you add for as long as you have an account. When you delete your account, we delete your sign-in, routines, tasks, days, settings and subscription record from our servers. Crash reports are deleted automatically after 90 days.

Your choices

  • See and change your data. Everything you’ve added is in the app, where you can edit or delete it.
  • Delete your account. Go to Settings › Account › Delete account. It deletes everything at once. It doesn’t cancel your subscription, so do that in your App Store or Google Play settings.
  • Turn off reminders and alarms. Do it for each routine in Timmly, or for all of them in your phone’s settings.
  • Ask us. Write to hello@timmly.app to get a copy of your data, correct it or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights too, and we’ll respect them.

Children

Timmly isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has given us information, write to us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
