The short version
- Timmly is for planning your own routines and tasks.
- Your first 7 days are free. Then it’s $29.99 a year or $4.99 a month, billed by Apple or Google, and you can cancel any time.
- What you add to Timmly stays yours.
- Reminders and alarms depend on your phone, so don’t rely on Timmly alone for anything critical.
Agreeing to these terms
By using Timmly, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Timmly. These terms are an agreement between you and [LEGAL NAME] (“we” or “us”).
Your account
You sign in to Timmly with Google or Apple. Keep that account secure, because you’re responsible for what happens in Timmly under it. You need to be at least 13 to use Timmly, or older if your country requires it.
Free week and subscriptions
Your first 7 days are free. After that, Timmly costs $29.99 a year or $4.99 a month in US dollars. The App Store and Google Play show the price in your currency.
- Apple or Google bill you through your store account, and your plan renews automatically until you cancel.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before your free week or current period ends, and you won’t be charged for the next one. You can manage or cancel your plan in your App Store or Google Play settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, under their rules.
- If your free week or plan ends, Timmly becomes read-only: you can still see everything, but you can’t tick, add or edit, and reminders and alarms stop.
- Deleting your account doesn’t cancel your subscription.
Using Timmly
Timmly is for your own personal planning. Please don’t misuse it: don’t try to break or get around its security, overload it, copy or reverse-engineer it, or use it to break the law.
Your content
The routines, tasks and everything else you add stay yours. You let us store and process them only to run Timmly for you, as our Privacy Policy describes.
Reminders, alarms and your health
Timmly helps you build routines, but it isn’t medical, health or professional advice. Reminders and alarms depend on your phone, its settings and its battery, so they can arrive late or not at all. Don’t rely on Timmly alone for anything where a missed reminder could cause harm, such as taking medicine.
Apple and Google
These terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google, and they aren’t responsible for Timmly or its support. If you got Timmly from the App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and can enforce them.
Ending your account
You can stop using Timmly at any time, and delete your account in Settings › Account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we’ll tell you why unless the law stops us. If we ever stop offering Timmly, we’ll let you know in advance.
Our liability
We work hard to keep Timmly running well, but it’s provided as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or unexpected losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for Timmly in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect. If you keep using Timmly after that, the new terms apply. These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY].
